Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Rep to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful Salesperson must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. We have the largest inventory of Flooring In Las Vegas, it stuff sells itself, we just need you to write them up and out the door they go!
Responsibilities
-This is a outside sales position, Driving the company truck to meet customers, drop off samples and close deals! Workfrom home when your not on the road
-Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Skills
Proven experience in Sales or similar sales/customer service role
Great driving record to use of company truck
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Bilingual in Spanish other languages would be a “ASSET”
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with tough clients
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Salary: Base Pay $1,000/weekly+ Commission
