Nutrum Biotech is a global supplements company that has its own research and development center with experienced medicine experts who have both modern western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine background. Nutrum also has offices in California, Nevada, and China. The research, development, and product manufacture are all conducted in the USA. Through in-depth corporation with prestige colleges and institutions, Nutrum’s research and development concept is a mixture of both western and traditional eastern medicine, it allows us to secure a unique selling proposition and advantage.

We seek experienced and talented as well as energetic, passionate, professional, and self-motivated sales experts to help us explore the uncharted territory as Nutrum is an international company that also sells overseas via multiple online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

Generate sales through retailers and online channels across the US.

Warm call potential clients according to the assigned metrics that we will be giving you.

Contact prospective customers via Phone or Zoom for initial calls.

Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business.

Build value-added relationships with prospects and develop new client accounts to increase revenue.

Sustain a pipeline and move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through closing stages.

Complete the Sales Representative new hire training while maintaining and/or exceeding assigned metrics.

Participate in ongoing weekly team meetings and sales training to continue to enhance product knowledge.

Follow and execute strategic business plan that expands customer base and extends nationwide sales.

Keep management informed by submitting a weekly sales report.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field, preferred.

1-2 Years Sales Experience in B2B and B2C sales

English speaking and communication, 2nd language is a plus.

Excellent writing and verbal communication ability.

Self-motivated with a result driven approach.

Proven experience as a sales executive or hunter sales relevant role.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Proven track record of negating leads, building, and nurturing client relationships.

Understand social media accounts as using them as a marketing tool.

Familiar with Salesforce, CRM system and other tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Prior health and wellness products experience leading a team of people.

Professionalism, dependability, and desire for challenge

Ability to organize and coordinate work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong influence abilities and a high level of integrity

Develops and oversees inquiry follow up process to turn leads into customers.

Salary: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
