Vitality provides Oxygen Bar and AquaMassage services as well as wellness products to customers nationwide. We have multiple locations along the Las Vegas strip including Planet Hollywood, Excalibur.
Guaranteed $15 an hour during the first 4 weeks of training. After that you will earn commission based on your sales but will never earn less than the minimum hourly wage of $11.25.
