Vitality provides Oxygen Bar and AquaMassage services as well as wellness products to customers nationwide. We have multiple locations along the Las Vegas strip including Planet Hollywood, Luxor and Excalibur.
Guaranteed $15 an hour during the first 4 weeks of training. After that you will earn commission based on your sales but will never earn less than the minimum hourly wage of $12.00.
