Start 2024 with a job that is outside in the beautiful weather and get exercise. You can leave your house whenever you want, but it is in your best interest to work about 4 hours as hard as you can. Clearly, Solar is all over the news and social media. So we don't have to convince anyone anymore because it is such a no-brainer. I can provide you with ample training, close your deals at first and if you're interested, train you on closing your own deals.
It's all back-end pay. This is set up to work around your existing source of income; especially if that source is also flexible.
The pitch is super easy. Just have the mentality again to go out and work hard for 4 hours at a time.

I'm 51 years old myself and just knocked on 5,189 doors between October 2nd and December 25th. I generated 57 true appointments and now have 33 homeowners ready to go solar in January of 2024. I've also made 3 sales. So it's the Law of Averages. If you go out and knock 50-100 doors a day, appointments and sales will happen. And of course, it is extremely valuable to educate yourself on the entire industry.
You can knock anywhere you want. I just chose Southwest Las Vegas because my Post Production Manager from FOX Sports lives there and I can see from the satellite images that there are 10s of thousands of houses that do not have solar. The total population is 647,000. Best to find neighborhoods that have swimming pools and big houses; which is almost all of them.

Also, let me know if you want to pursue the Ambassador option only OR if you would like to train to become a full-blown Seller. It takes quite a bit of training depending on how much you know already. But it leads to much higher commissions in the $3,000-$7,000 range.
Hurry up and start before it gets hot out again. If you start the first or second week of January, you're going to be laughing when May comes. And you will be in excellent shape.
