Requirements:
* Previous experience in Car Sales.
* Strong appointment-setting abilities. Experience in BDC is a plus.
* Bilingual is a plus: English and Spanish.
* Aggressive Earning potential
* Friendly and professional work environment.
* A+ Inventory of 55-100 vehicles.
* Excellent pay-plan with bonuses and incentives.
* High quality leads to work with.
*Strong work ethic.
*Ability to effectively utilize phone, email, internet and walk-up lead opportunities.
*Must be able pass background check and to get a sales license from the DMV.
