Our fast-paced and growing company is seeking professional sales Tour Guides who will be leading our amazing tours to the Grand Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam, and locally in Las Vegas. You will play the role of a cultural ambassador, offering commentary, stories, and interesting facts of information, which will allow visitors to fully experience and enjoy the area's social, cultural, and historical highlights.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role. Must be a team player, get along well with others, be very patient and very responsible.
Tour Guide Responsibilities:
Working closely with the reservations department.
Consistently meeting sales goals through upselling
Cash handling
Checking in guests with accuracy
Public speaking on a microphone
Understanding company products and brand
Customer service and answering questions
Entertaining and informing guests to provide a memorable tour experience
Pass a drug and background test
Preferences:
Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred
Outgoing and very friendly personality
Extremely punctual
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
