We are looking for a Report Developer in the Las Vegas or San Diego area who is creative and talented to join our development team. You will work on new implementations and contribute to important organization-wide projects.
Responsibilities include :
Creating highly scale-able web site Reports using PowerBI and/or SQL Server.
Writing stored procedures, table alterations, functions, views, selects, inner and outer joins, and SSIS/SSRS packages
Creating batch jobs to export various file formats from SQL Server through SSIS.
Fixing any failed batch jobs on a timely basis
Converting business requirements to system design
Documenting SQL code and implementing design inside MS-SQL Server
Gathering and documenting requirements and technical specifications
Interacting with other IS departments
Requirements include
1-2 years experience with SQL Server: SQL queries (joins, subqueries), stored procedures, and understanding of data normalization rules.
Self-motivation, intelligence, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Ability to follow set standards and take direction
Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and dynamic environment
Absolute drive to complete projects on time and in a detailed manner
