As an Advisor, you’ll play a key role in the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service, managing memberships, and supporting the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed
Manage and maintain client memberships and billing
Provide personalized support to ensure a positive experience for all clients
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Passionate about helping others and promoting self-defense training
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
