Responsibilities
Perform eyelash extension applications, refills, and removals with precision and care
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and client safety
Consult with clients to recommend lash styles and aftercare routines
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service
Assist in promoting products and additional services offered at the studio
Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and lash techniques

Qualifications
Nevada Aesthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
Minimum 6 months of lash extension experience (Classic and Volume preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to lash health
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
