Looking to hire an assistant to aid with various constant creation tasks.
This position is entry level and all tasks and responsibilities will be taught by the Content creator.
Paid training
Tasks include but are not limited to;
1. Content Creation Support: Assist in the creation of engaging social media posts, stories, and videos (e.g., helping with graphics, writing captions, and selecting images).
2. Content Scheduling: Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled and published on time across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
3. Research & Trend Monitoring: Research and keep track of social media trends, popular hashtags, and relevant industry news to inform content creation.
4. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive relationship with followers.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of posts (e.g., likes, shares, comments, engagement rates) and compile reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
6. Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as organizing files, managing communications, and coordinating meetings or brainstorming sessions with the social media team.
7. Content Moderation: Review user-generated content and monitor for any inappropriate or harmful comments, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for the audience.
8. Photo & Video Editing: Basic editing of photos and videos as needed, including resizing, cropping, and applying filters or effects.
9. Ad Management Support: Assist in managing paid social media ads by setting up campaigns, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies based on results.
This position CANNOT be done remotely.
This position is part time with flexible hours.
No work on weekends.
