If you have a strong work ethic and are experienced in general maintenance, we would love to have you join our team as a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician and help keep our residential apartment complex running smoothly!
Location: Henderson, NV
Key Responsibilities:
Get units ready for incoming occupants by making sure they are clean and functional.
Keep the property in top condition by doing a range of maintenance duties.
Handle painting projects and drywall repairs as necessary.
Repair or install doors and sliding closet doors as needed.
Fix or replace fixtures throughout the complex.
Manage plumbing tasks such as snaking drains, fixing toilets, dishwashers, and garbage disposals, as well as caulking and brazing.
Replace outlets, switches, and ceiling fans as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years of maintenance experience
HVAC experience is a plus but not required
Experience in repairing appliances is a plus but not required
Must have your own tools
Valid driver’s license; valid vehicle insurance
Good communication written and oral in English
Being able to work one weekend day and share in after hour calls
Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
Base Pay Start Rate: $20.05 - $25.10
