Stable and Quality 30 year old Mid to High End Custom Home Builder seeking qualified long term team members to fill full-time onsite Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent positions. Applicants must be able to attain sub/supplier bids, breakdown and red line complete building plans including civil and structural and MPE engineering. Must have own laptop and educated with computer skills. Knowledge of Outlook and Excel a MUST. Must be friendly, self starter, able to schedule subcontractors independently, be clean cut, able to communicate well with all persons including project owners, subcontractors and inspectors. Weekly documentation and schedule of trades, and maintain a clean, safe and friendly work environment. Must be multi-tasked and goal orientated. MUST have truck, tools (as hands on work may need completed), auto insurance AND minimum of 5 years verifiable experience. Custom Home preferred.
