To qualify applicants need the following:
- Proven experience with writing estimates in a busy fast paced auto repair shop
- Comprehensive automotive knowledge (preferable past technician with hands-on experience)
- Strong sales skills with proven history
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive environment for both customers and employees
- Personable with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
