We are an established shop with a ton of constant work. We are currently looking for both an Automotive Technician and an Oil Change Service Technician. We offer a five-day work week (weekends are for you and your families)! Pay depends on actual work experience within the field. Tools are a must for the Automotive Technician position and a set of basic automotive tool set in needed for the Oil Change Service Technician.
Looking for a self-starter that needs little to no assistance with performing the job at hand. On job training is available for employees that are interested in advancing their career. Both positions require to lift 50+ lbs and are constantly on your feet. Certifications are not required for the position but are highly recognized. We are looking for people who leave the drama of life at home and come to work to fix other people's problems (with their vehicle). After probationary period, Bonuses and Paid Time off are available for employees. We offer ASE Certifications to be paid after probationary period if passed as an employee!
We have a great fleet program keeping our technicians busy in the slower seasons. We also assist with multiple other Automotive Repair Facilities for programming, Diagnosis and Repairs. These shops send us their work prior to sending the customers to the dreaded dealerships!
Automotive Technician:
Must have tools (a small cart of basic tools will not be enough)
Must be able to diagnose a vehicles systems with little to no assistance
Understanding of ALL automotive systems including but not limited to: ADAS, Electrical Diagnosis and Repair, Engine performance diagnosis and repair, Transmission Diagnosis and Repair.
Must have a valid State of Nevada Drivers License
MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION
Knowledge and understanding of a scan tool and functions to diagnose a vehicle for whatever required.
Minimum of 10 + years of verifiable (and steady) in the field work history
Oil Change Service Technician:
Must know how to service all year, makes and model vehicles for the following: Oil Changes, Fluid Services, Belt Replacements, Brake service and repairs, Replacement of Cooling system hoses and components.
A minimum of 3 years in the field performing oil changes and services explained above.
Must have tools able to perform the above stated services and repairs.
MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION
Must have a valid State of Nevada Drivers License
