The Cabinet Service Technician is responsible for performing repairs, adjustments, and installations of cabinets in residential setting. This role ensures customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional communication with clients and team members. Inspect, diagnose, and repair cabinet issues, including damaged doors, drawers, hinges, moldings, and hardware. Perform touch-ups, adjustments, and replacements on-site at customer locations. Read and interpret work orders, installation drawings. Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and internal team members regarding job status, issues, and solutions. Document service calls, materials used, and time spent on each job accurately. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
