Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician (with Repair & Color Restoration Skills)

We're looking for a skilled carpet and upholstery cleaning technician who can do more than just cleaning. If you’re experienced in carpet repairs, patching, stretching, Hard Surfaces as well and even color correction/dyeing, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional carpet and upholstery cleaning using truck-mounted and portable systems
Handle carpet stretching, patching, seam repair, and reinstallation
Provide spot dyeing and color restoration services when applicable
Assess jobs on-site and clearly communicate services to customers
Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented results with excellent customer service
Keep equipment clean, maintained, and ready for use
Identify upsell opportunities and recommend additional services
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning
Skilled in carpet repairs and spot dyeing/color restoration
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship
Physically fit and able to lift equipment and work on hands and knees as needed
Good communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
IICRC certification(s) in carpet cleaning or repair (preferred, not required)
Experience working in residential and commercial settings
Bilingual is a plus
Ability to cross-train or assist with water damage work is a bonus
