Position Overview: As a Concrete Finisher, you will need a strong background in concrete work, with the ability to restore and finish surfaces to the highest standards. This role requires a blend of technical skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail to ensure quality results on various projects that include commercial and residential work. Having your own tools is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean surfaces for concrete application, ensuring proper conditions for finishing.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conduct onboarding process
Finish surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to achieve desired textures and finishes.
Restore damaged concrete surfaces through repair techniques.
Operate concrete mixers and other machinery as needed for project completion.
Collaborate with team members to build forms for pouring concrete in various structures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher
Strong mechanical knowledge related to concrete forming and finishing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
The ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
The ability to inspect the finished product for imperfections or defects, ensuring it meets quality standards.
Must be able to provide evidence of your legal right to work in the U.S.
