Family-owned General Contractor of over 26 years in business is seeking a “Field Superintendent” for insurance restoration and remodeling jobs. Must have 5 years’ experience in “Residential Restoration Construction” with OSHA 30 training. Fire and water damage restoration experience is a must. MUST BE ORGANIZED AND ABLE TO OVERSEE MULTIPLE PROJECTS AT A TIME. Must have excellent customer service skills and must be Tech savvy with skills using computers and Ipad.
All employees are required to pass a drug test and background check.
Position includes:
Company vehicle, company phone, health insurance contribution, vacation pay, holiday pay, company contribution to simple IRA plan.
Must be drug free and have clean driving record with Nevada driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year (Depending On Experience)
Schedule:
8 hour shifts – 7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Must be available to supervise after hours emergency board up service one week per month
