Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their flooring needs and
recommend suitable solutions.
Some prospecting will be required.
Conduct measurements accurately to provide precise estimates for clients.
Utilize provided leads efficiently and effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
Perform all tasks involved in closing the sale, including estimating, invoicing and collecting.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
Hunger to win. Money motivated.
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with measurements and comfortable with basic math.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
Reliable transportation for client visits.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
Estimating experience is a definite plus.
