Custom Woodworker / Cabinet Maker – Excellence Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-obsessed custom woodworker / cabinet maker to join our team. This is NOT an entry-level position. If you don’t live and breathe craftsmanship, this isn’t the role for you.
What We’re Looking For:
Mastery of woodworking tools – from hand tools to advanced machinery (table saws, jointers, CNC routers, etc.)
Proven experience in custom cabinetry, furniture making, or high-end millwork
Personal tools required – we expect you to bring your own well-maintained toolkit
Reliable transportation – punctuality and dependability are non-negotiable
Commitment to quality – every cut, joint, and finish must meet the highest standards
Ideal Candidate:
Takes pride in precision and craftsmanship
Works clean, organized, and efficiently, clean appearance
Can read and interpret detailed plans and shop drawings
Communicates clearly and professionally with team members and clients
Thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
