Solar Foreman Needed – Residential Projects (Clark County)
We’re looking for an experienced Solar Foreman to lead residential solar installations in Clark County, NV. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work and doing things right the first time.
Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years of solar installation experience
-PV Installer Certification required
-OSHA 10 certified (OSHA 30 preferred)
-Strong conduit bending skills
-Strong understanding of electrical code and Ohm’s Law
-Excellent communication skills and reliability
-Detail-oriented – we prioritize precision over speed
Pay:
Starting at $40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
