Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, color, styling, treatments, and extensions (if applicable)
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest styles that suit them
Maintain sanitation and safety standards according to state board regulations
Promote retail products and educate clients on proper haircare
Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Current state Cosmetology or Barber License
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team player who thrives in a salon environment
