Overview:
Sunrise Air Systems is seeking a skilled HVAC Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate shall have at least 2 years of experience as a pipefitter or plumber. If you are a skilled HVAC Pipefitter looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install HVAC piping and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in piping/refrigeration systems
- Measure and cut pipes to required lengths using hand or power tools
- Solder or weld pipes to ensure proper connections
- Test installed systems for leaks and troubleshoot any issues
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a pipefitter or plumber
- Strong brazing and soldering skills
- Must have reliable transportation and your own hand tools
- Grooved pipe experience a plus
- Interpret drawings and schematics a plus but not required
License/Certification:
- Forklift and Scissorlift certification preferred but not required
- OSHA 10
