We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and not only be a technician, but also a salesman that can sell units. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
-Provide estimates to customers for new installations
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in appliance repair and field service techniques
- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
