We are seeking reliable and skilled independent contractors with their own pressure washing equipment to partner with our growing team. Contractors will perform residential and commercial pressure washing services throughout Las Vegas. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to complete jobs independently while ensuring top-quality results and customer satisfaction
Duties
Operate your own professional-grade pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, storefronts, and building exteriors.
Assess each project and determine appropriate cleaning methods and solutions.
Prepare job sites by ensuring safety measures are in place.
Complete assigned jobs on schedule and provide before/after photos.
Maintain and service your own equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Communicate effectively with clients and our team when accepting or completing jobs.
Skills & Requirements
Own pressure washing equipment and reliable transportation (required).
Experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning.
Strong attention to detail with ability to handle different surfaces and stains.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good communication skills for client interaction
Compensation
Contractors are paid per job with competitive revenue splits (typically 50–60% of the total job amount depending on scope).
