We are seeking an experienced Lead Painter ready to take charge and deliver top-tier results. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can manage a crew with precision and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience with residential and commercial painting projects
Ability to manage a crew and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
Must have all necessary equipment to handle multiple-story exterior, interior, cabinet refinishing, and specialty projects
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Epoxy flooring experience is a plus (we provide this service as well)
