We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with turnovers at our luxury retreat properties in Las Vegas. This is a part-time opportunity, just a few times a month, perfect for someone who enjoys organizing and maintaining beautiful spaces who also has a flexible schedule and their own vehicle. Normally the Turnover times are 11 am to 3 pm. Call to discuss serious only please.
Responsibilities:
Organize and reset the property after guest stays
Hose down patios and outdoor areas
Ensure all amenities and supplies are fully restocked
Communicate any issues or maintenance needs
Must know how to perform construction and handyman work
Requirements:
Must send a current resume with available minimum 3 references then we schedule interview and determine if best fit for long term job
Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
Ability to work independently and follow checklists
Must be punctual and dependable always on time on a set schedule
Must be knowledgeable with quality property maintenance and construction skills
Drive around to properties and have a truck with tools
Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour, based on experience
Hours only 40 - 60 hours / month at this time. Must bring value with opportunity for advancement and big opportunities down the line
