REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a masonry foreman on commercial and/or residential sites
Ability to read blueprints, plan ahead, and manage daily schedules
Experience managing and leading crews in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work hands-on alongside crew when needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and take pride in craftsmanship
JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for supervising masonry crews, managing day-to-day site activity, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and coordinating with project managers and contractors to deliver work on schedule and to spec.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and lead a team of masons and laborers on-site
Ensure all work meets project specifications, code requirements, and company standards
Maintain communication with general contractors, inspectors, and management
Coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment as needed
Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations
Assist in hands-on masonry work when necessary to maintain schedule
Track labor hours, production, and site documentation

Capacidad para leer planos y dirigir equipos de trabajo
Trabajar en equipo y cumplir normas de seguridad
Se prefiere bilingüe (inglés/español)
Certificación OSHA 10 o 30 es una ventaja
RESPONSABILIDADES
Supervisar y coordinar equipos de albañiles y peones
Asegurar calidad en el trabajo y cumplimiento de especificaciones
Comunicarse con contratistas, inspectores y gerentes
Apoyar en tareas manuales si es necesario
