Warehouse Forklift Operator
Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
Pick, pack, and label items for transport
Stack merchandise onto pallets/shelves in designated areas
Verify inventory accuracy and maintain equipment
Ensure safety compliance by following proper procedures
Communicate with team members to ensure efficiency
Construction Forklift Operator
Operate forklifts to transport heavy materials (lumber, concrete, steel, etc.)
Load/unload trucks and move materials to designated areas
Stack pallets and maintain proper site organization
Navigate tight construction sites safely
Perform daily pre-shift inspections and minor maintenance
Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
Cherry Picker Forklift Operator
Pick and place items on high shelves using the cherry picker
Package and label products for shipment
Track inventory and update stock locations
Elevate workers using the cherry picker’s work platform
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Fulfill customer orders using warehouse inventory
Restock materials and maintain an organized warehouse
Complete production reports and follow safety regulations
Requirements for All Forklift Positions:
✅ Valid Forklift Certification (specific to warehouse or construction)
✅ 6+ months of recent experience (verifiable references required)
✅ Strong hand-eye coordination & ability to maneuver in tight spaces
✅ Physical ability to lift heavy materials
✅ Ability to follow instructions & work effectively as part of a team
✅ OSHA 10 Certification (Required for construction roles)
