In need of professional flooring measures for single family rental homes. This is a contractor, 1099-position.
Will need to meet the below requirements:
- Will need to travel around the metro area
- Measure entire home; provide take-offs for carpet, lvp, etc.
- Assess and estimate for potential subfloor repairs- if any
- Give detailed information on existing conditions/materials
- Provide pictures of existing conditions
- Provide diagrams of measures w/ seam placements
- Be able to measure 2-3+ homes a day
- Provide a 24 hr turn around time for measures; diagrams
Those with a measure software program will be considered 1st
Paid per house measured
