Well established Pahrump Real Estate Developer seeks a Residential Construction Superintendent/Partner
Qualifications:
MUST live in Pahrump for a minimum of 2 years and plan on staying in Pahrump.
Understanding of and, Ability to manage crews for framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Mini Splits and Fans), Finish Carpentry, Flooring, Painting, and Landscaping.
NV B-2 preferred but not required.
Minimum 720 FICO score
Minimum 10 years of hands on construction experience
No custom homes simple residential standard plan construction for company owned rental portfolio.
