We are a prominent company with over 43 years of experience, that is currently hiring for an exceptional and experienced Maintenance Technician.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and repairs
HVAC and CPO preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall
Prepping apartments for new move-ins
Taking care of the pools
Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems
Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
Must be professional and possess customer service skills
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents, and co-workers.
Communicates effectively and regularly with the maintenance supervisor and all staff members
