Maintenance Supervisor:
Olen is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Residential Property team at our Arroyo Grande community in Henderson, Nevada. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our Arroyo Grande community. The Maintenance Supervisor works directly under the Property Manager and is responsible for the physical appearance and maintenance of the property.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manages the service request process, ensuring completion within 24 hours.
Responsible for inventory control, keeps a detailed inventory list, and orders supplies and parts every week.
Maintains the maintenance shop, keeping in organized, safe and clean.
Performs preventive maintenance on exterior touch up paint, stucco, wood repair, AC units, smoke detectors, hot water heaters, irrigation/electrical checks, and roof repairs.
Works closely with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor regarding property maintenance issues.
Conducts apartment and property inspections regularly.
Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and co-workers.
Other duties may be assigned in support of maintenance goals
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-years residential property maintenance experience
High school diploma
Previous experience implementing a preventive maintenance program
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, etc.) and a willingness to learn new software
Certifications in HVAC and CPO
Able to work weekends when necessary
