AAA Preferred Properties buys, repairs, and rents out single family homes. We're seeking a hard-working, loyal, dedicated, and versatile maintenance professional to join our team. This is a working technician position, not a supervisor position. You will be assigned to one or more properties, handling everything from routine property maintenance to comprehensive renovation projects. This position requires someone who thrives working independently while meeting deadlines, but also collaborates effectively when team projects arise.

Requirements
- Experience
Minimum 5 years of documented hands-on experience
- Transportation
Must own a work truck or cargo van (passenger vehicles insufficient due to material transport needs)
- Tools
Complete personal tool collection required
- Availability
Full-time commitment
Core Skills Needed
Plumbing Systems
Repairs, installations, troubleshooting. Must have basic plumbing tools for sink/faucet/toilet installation etc.
Tile Installation
Bathroom, kitchen, and floor applications. Must have accurate tile saw and tile cutting tools.
Landscaping
Must be experienced with new landscape installations, troubleshooting and v replacement of sprinklers, leaky or broken valves, broken lines etc, and managing irrigation timers.
Basic Electrical
Minor wiring, fixtures, outlet work. Must have basic testing and install tools.

Surface prep through finish work

Installation, adjustment, weatherproofing

Various materials and installation methods
