We are seeking a person with a master's level of woodworking skills to include individuals who do high-end trim work, stairs, cabinets, furniture, bookcases and generally fine finish woodworking.
We will train you to do the highest in museum quality fine art framing. You will work in a brand new fine art frame shop and crating & shipping shop. You will work alone and be the only framer, building fine art frames for artists like Picasso, Rembrandt and many more.
We have very special proprietary methods for creating beautiful frames that preserve the art to archival standards. If you love high-end wood working and skilled craftsmanship and take pride in your work - this could be an amazing opportunity for you.
We are looking for a person who can calculate mitre joints beyond a simple 45 and can use the full array of wood working tools, joining wood without gaps and creating beautiful results.
You will have a reasonably flexible schedule, top hourly pay, medical benefits, vacation pay and paid holidays. You will work directly with the owners in beautifully lite, air conditioned space with a clean bathroom and a refrigerator for your lunch and favorite drinks.
