We are looking for an experienced Xactimate Scope Writer with a strong background in repairs to join our restoration team. This role requires expert knowledge of Xactimate, excellent time management skills, and strong negotiation abilities when working with insurance adjusters.
Key Responsibilities:
Write detailed and accurate scopes of repair using Xactimate
Review and analyze job sites to assess repair needs
Negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters to ensure fair settlements
Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper scope execution
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and adjusters
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in writing repair estimates using Xactimate
Strong understanding of residential and commercial repair scopes
Proven ability to negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
