Destination Focus: Antelope Canyon X and Horseshoe Bend
Job Overview:
Marvit Tours is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide/driver to provide exceptional travel experiences for our guests visiting Antelope Canyon X and Horseshoe Bend from Las Vegas. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about nature, enjoys storytelling, and excels in a customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and navigate through designated tour routes.
- Deliver engaging and informative commentary about the tour destinations.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of all guests throughout the day.
- Manage tour schedule effectively, including timely stops and departures.
- Address guest inquiries and provide top-notch service and support.
- Maintain a detailed log of driving times to ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or as a tour guide preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish; ability to conduct tours in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of the tour areas with an enthusiasm for sharing historical and cultural facts.
- Valid standard driver’s license (Note: CDL holders are not suitable for this position).
