As a certified Polaris Outfitter, we operate a large fleet of brand-new 2024 Polaris UTVs, providing premium off-road adventures to our clients. Our mission is to help people create memories that last a lifetime, and we are looking for a dedicated mechanic to help us keep our fleet in top condition.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Off-Road UTV Mechanic to oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of our large fleet of 2024 Polaris UTVs. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and superior quality of our off-road tours.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a large fleet of 2024 Polaris UTVs, including oil changes, tire replacements, brake servicing, and suspension adjustments.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs.
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and performance standards before tours.
Work closely with the operations team to schedule and prioritize repairs.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked workshop.
Order necessary parts and supplies, staying within budget.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with off-road vehicles or UTVs.
Knowledge of Polaris UTVs and their specific maintenance requirements is a strong plus.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A valid driver’s license.
