NEMT Driver Needed (Las Vegas and surrounding)
We are dedicated to providing safe, dependable, and professional transportation services to individuals with mobility challenges, seniors, and others needing assistance to access essential services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick up clients from their homes or care facilities in a timely manner.
- Safely transport clients to medical appointments, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and timely arrival of passengers while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist clients with boarding, disembarking, and securing mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers).
- Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure clients' comfort and well-being while they are being transported.
- Perform vehicle inspections prior to the start of each shift, ensuring that the vehicle is clean and well maintained.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nevada driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Must have First Aid/CPR certification.
- Defensive Driver Certification (a plus)
- Wheelchair Securement Training (a plus)
- Previous experience with rideshare or in NEMT transportation preferred.
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.

Physical Demands:
- Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs, and moving intermittently during working hours.
