We are based out of Kankakee, IL, just south of Chicago, IL,(additional office in Las Vegas plus shop, Arkansas and Minneapolis) and have over 250 trucks. We specialize in flatbed and step-deck loads; heavy haul, oversize loads, which include coils, brick, lumber, roofing material, machinery, equipment, etc.,
Requirements
CDL A
Relatively clean PSP/MVR
No DUI
No SAP program
We run OTR and serve all over 48 states, we don’t local or regional
Our orientation process for drivers with experience is about 2 - 3 days with paid orientation $300.00
Drivers with no flatbed experience but with around 6 months of CDL-A driving experience will go thru a training program for 2- 4 weeks and will be in a truck with an experienced driver. The training is paid $300.00/week.
We cover your plane ticket, ground transportation to the yard.
We pay Friday by direct deposit on any paperwork we receive in our office by Friday night of the previous week, sent via Transflo.
The pay we offer to company drivers:
25% (up to 35% based on performance)of the gross profit for flatbed/stepdeck, conestoga, RGN

Home Time
Average out time is 2-3 weeks MINIMUM, then 2-5 days off. We can be flexible with the amount of home time
Because we do mostly long haul, (depending on where a driver lives), he/she may have occasions whereby he/she will be passing by his/her home close enough to be able to stop for dinner and an overnight.

We currently have over 250 trucks. We have FREIGHTLINER, VOLVO 670/760, KENWORTH W900/T680, PETERBILT 389/579/567, INTERNATIONAL LT625, WESTERN STAR
We have over 800 trailers to chose from: flatbeds, stepdecks with ramps and without ramps, conestoga trailers, RGNs . All trailers are equipped with tool boxes. All trucks are equipped with head racks, deer guards.
All trucks have min 2000 watt inverter.
Our equipment is meticulously maintained. We use nothing but virgin tires (no recaps).
We provide Pre-Pass, Sun-Pass, I-Pass, Pike-Pass and Fastrack, that pay all the tolls in USA. Drivers do not need to stop to pay tolls anywhere in the U.S.,
We provide ALL necessary equipment: Straps, Chains, Binders, Tarps, and everything else needed.
Other
Pet and Rider policies. Both pets and riders are welcome, no deposit. Riders must be 18 +. No kids allowed. No more than 1 passenger allowed per truck. Passengers cannot drive the truck (even if he/she holds a CDL)
Cash advance on fuel card. No more than $200.00/ week. Always call for cash advances during the work time 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon to Fri.

All of our trucks have Deer Guards, Headache Racks and inverters inside and all of our trucks are governed at 65 mph
