JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience a plus but not required (willing to train)
Clean DMV
Ability to use truck lift gates (willing to train)
Physically able and qualified to drive a 16 to 26ft Box truck (Must have a truck or trailer)
Able to pull goods on pallets with manual or electric pallet jacks
Authorized to work in the US
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Normally Mon to Friday. No weekend except on heavy weeks with non-working holidays and special events
Full time preferred. Part time ok too.
Clean drug screening/testing (required by company) and test when needed
Positive and great attitude
Able to use Google maps or smart phone GPS
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning route from first to last drop
Maintains constant communication with warehouse and sales people in regards to delivery (answer phones during duty time when truck is parked safely, otherwise return call when parked and safe)
Deliver ordered goods to customer in good condition and in a safe manner
Load and unload all pallets to customers in a safe and timely manner
Maintains cleanliness of truck cab interior, exterior and loading area at all times
Maintains cleanliness of delivery equipment (pallet jack, load straps)
Regularly securing proof of delivery from customers (copy of invoice with receipt signature)
Assist warehouse in preparing goods for delivery
