Our shipping and Logistics company is seeking a seasoned Logistics Dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for someone who can manage 10-15 trucks at a time, coordinating operations across all 48 states. If you are an experienced dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and knows how to take charge of driver coordination, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10-15 trucks simultaneously across the entire U.S.
- Direct drivers with authority and efficiency—no drivers directing you!
- Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers, clients, and team members.
- Coordinate and optimize load assignments and routes.
- Handle dispatch-related issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Dispatcher in the trucking industry.
- Strong ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. transportation network and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
