Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate licensed psychologist (PsyD/PhD) or licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, support clients in achieving their goals, and contribute to program development and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, and/or groups.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide crisis intervention, case management, and follow-up services as necessary.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists, case managers, and external agencies.
- Participate in program development, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health and therapeutic techniques.Qualifications:
- Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology or a Masters degree with LPC Licensure.
- Active state license to practice as a Psychologist or LPC.
- Proven experience in therapeutic settings, with expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:
- Specialized certifications (e.g., trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, neuropsychology) are a plus.
- Experience in community outreach or program development.
- Multilingual proficiency is desirable but not required.Work Environment:
