A growing Lake Tahoe–based business is seeking a part-time Assistant Bookkeeper to join our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in bookkeeping who can work independently and maintain accuracy in financial tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and contribute to monthly financial reporting
Support payroll processing and related accounting functions
Some on-site work is required
Qualifications
Working knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
Prior experience in bookkeeping
Proficiency with QuickBooks and intermediate Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
