We have worked on extensive home remodels, custom modern/traditional residences and small to midsized commercial projects. We are looking for candidates to fulfill the Project Manager position in our organization.
Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. The Project Manager serves as the face of SSB in communication with employees, clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, regulating agencies, and vendors. Their responsibilities include resource management; overall project coordination between clients, Designers, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, trade partners; trade partner agreements; budget tracking; monthly invoicing; payment application submitting; overall scheduling; risk assessment/mitigation (cost, quality, and schedule); and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations and accountability.
