We are a growing company looking to fill the following position:
Structural Steel Shop Manager
Qualified Candidates should possess the following:
Have a team player mentality
Possess a clean driving record
3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fabrication facility setting
Experience with fabrication procedures and quality control methods
Ability to shift on project schedules
Knowledge in loading and unloading and rigging
Understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards for a fabrication facility setting
Knowledge in welding callouts, sizing and procedures is required
Experience in inventory management is required
Experience with Microsoft Suite is required
Experience with running 10-15 employees
Experience with Strumis preferred
BlueBeam experience preferred
AutoCad experience preferred
Overtime as required by workload
First one in, last one out mentality
OSHA 30 required
We offer the following benefits and incentive package:
$36 - $42 per hour, depending on experience
