Primary duties
-Excellent customer service skills: Enjoy chatting with customers while handling drop-off and pick-up of customers textiles, from chic clothing to snuggly bedding.
-Keep things organized by tagging/barcoding each item, ensuring smooth sailing through the cleaning process.
-Start orders by creating drop tickets, ensuring every customer feels appreciated and understood.
-Assemble orders, putting the final touches on each freshly cleaned ensemble.
-Build rapport with customers, meeting their needs with a friendly attitude and a willingness to help.
-Pitch in to maintain a tidy workplace.
-Show reliability by showing up to work everyday and on time.
-Answer telephone, handle inquires and provide information or route caller to appropriate staff member
-greet customers and wait on them both incoming and outgoing cleaning orders
-inspect incoming orders as trained
-enter orders into computer as trained and directed
-make change, take payment from customers
-call customers with problem orders or late orders for pick up
-preform other related duties as requested
-Quickly adapt to our software system
Requirements:
High School Diploma or in the process of obtaining one
Excellent customer service skills, the desire to help the customer solve issues and complaints in a positive and uplifting way. Customers must always feel welcome and appreciated!
Positive attitude is a must!
Must be 21years of age to work at our 156 Winnie location. This location will include the responsibilities of a laundry mat and slot machines.
