We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Northwest Reno. To excel in this role, you'll be customer-centric, detail driven, and an efficient communicator with a passion for creating positive experiences.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
Utilize effective communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist clients with product information and service inquiries, demonstrating strong client service abilities.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English with strong communication skills
2+ years' experience in customer support and client services
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Experience in outbound calling and call center environments
Tying proficiency and attention to detail
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE
