Immediate opening for Customer Service Representative for a fast paced environment.
The shift will be 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous, and cooperative manner towards customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness; heavy phones; assist with preliens, lien release, and pay applications.
Effective time management skills are essential to ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently and safely. Ability to navigate a computer a must.
Demonstrates good follow-through ability, adhering to work schedules, and addressing challenges as they arise.
Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Use of computer a must. Answering phones, emails, taking payments, filing, and assist with general office task.
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Pay $20.00-$22.00 per hour.
